The third show in the Grizzle Ridge Arenas High Point Series was packed full of action on May 31st, and the competition was nothing short of electrifying. Riders came ready to win, spurred on by the added money and the energy in the air almost got this photog rapher trampled! From start to finish, the arena buzzed with speed, skill, and a whole lot of heart.
This event also marked a personal upgrade for me behind the lens: I shot this show using my new SD card, which meant faster action capture and a whole lot more storage. In fact, I ended up taking double the amount of images I usually do — and let me tell you, every click was worth it.
That said, life had other plans. Between prior speaking engagements and a sudden move that came together much faster than expected, the photo release got delayed. I appreciate everyone’s patience, and I’m thrilled I was able to release these within. two weeks of the show.
